Design features of winch

● All shaft supports adopt roller bearings. The shaft material is alloy steel. The chains are forced to lubricate.

● The drum is grooved. The high and low speed ends of the drum are equipped with ventilated pneumatic tire clutches.

● The brake wheel network is forced to cool by circulating water, and the surface is quenched by medium frequency, which has good wear resistance and long service life.

● The tooth profile of the sprocket is medium-frequency quenched. All shift clutches are involute spline tooth clutches.

● The main brake adopts belt type or disc type. The auxiliary brake is equipped with electromagnetic eddy current brake or EATON brake.
